1) The booking form and deposit.
The completed booking form must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of €150 per person and your holiday
insurance premium if required. The completed booking form must also be signed and the person signing not only
guarantees payment to us of the total cost of the holiday booked, but also signs on behalf of and with the consent of
all persons for whom the booking form is completed. The deposit you pay remains yours until we have sent written
confirmation of your booking. From the date of this confirmation these conditions then remain binding. The deposit and
subsequent payments then belong to us. (If we are unable to confirm your booking, we will of course refund your deposit).
2) When to pay the balance.
The balance of your holiday cost must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the departure. The date for final payment
will be shown on the confirmation / invoice. No reminder will be sent.If you are booking less that 10 weeks before
departure then your should pay the full amount at time of booking. If for any reason the balance is not received by
the due date, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking and make a cancellation charge as detailed in section 4.
3) If you alter your booking.
If you want to amend any details of your booking we will do our best to help. We will however have the right to make a
charge of € 30 for amendments to insurance. If within 8 weeks of departure you wish to change your holiday, we reserve
the right to make cancellation charges as set out in section 4.
4) If you wish to cancel your holiday
The person who signed the booking for must also sign the written notification of cancellation. This will become
effective from when it is received by us. The cancellation charges are set out according to the scale shown below.

Depending upon the reason for your cancellation the charges will usually be refunded under the terms of your holiday
insurance.
5) If we change or cancel your holiday.
It is unlikely that we will have to change or cancel your booking, but arrangements are made many months in advance
and sometimes changes or cancellations become necessary. If changes are made it is usually because we are not satisfied
with the services provided by a supplier, we will then endeavour to provide with accommodation of a similar or
higher standard. If a major change or cancellation becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible before
departure, we will offer you the alternative of accepting services or accommodation of a similar standard or a full
refund of your money.
6) Complaints procedure.
We are most anxious that you have a trouble free holiday. Should there be any cause for complaint we will investigate it
thoroughly and do whatever we can to put it right. To help us help you, in the first instance please bring the problem
to the attention of the accommodation provider, or our guide so that the matter may be resolved. If you are still not
satisfied, please notify us in writing within 14 days of your return from the holiday, so we may deal with your complaint
promptly, carefully and fairly.
7) For your protection.
For your peace of mind and your protection all money paid by you to Irish Cycle Tours will be held in a trust account
and cannot be accessed by the company until your holiday is over.
